Outsourcing Services. How does it work?

Phase 1

Discovering Your Needs

You provide us with your staffing requirements, complete a Job Assessment and Behavioral Assessment, and then attend a discovery call with our Lead Recruiters to discuss your needs and timeline. Once you agree with our T’s & C’s, you pay a $1,000 deposit that will be credited to your first month’ invoice after a successful hire.

Phase 2

Spreading the Word

Next, we’ll post your remote job opening online and source talent from over 200,000 candidates in our talent pool through our unique and extremely thorough recruiting efforts. We not only reach out to candidates who are actively looking for a job, but also to those who might be a good fit even if they’re not necessarily looking for a new opportunity at the moment.

Phase 3

Narrowing Down the Talent Pool

As applicants begin applying for the available remote position, our Recruiters will pre-qualify them and shortlist the candidates that we will endorse for your perusal. You decide which ones you would like to meet with and we will facilitate the interview.

Phase 4

Sealing the Deal

We work closely with you to help you decide who to hire. Upon making your decision, you sign off on the Placement Order to make it official. You’ll then be assigned a Lead Account Officer, receive your first invoice, and gain access to our platform.
